Version 1.0 · Effective August 3, 2026
Option Sniper is unfinished software for same-day-expiration options trading. Total loss of the premium you pay is a normal outcome. Do not put more at risk than you would be willing to lose to a software defect.
These Beta Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trading Decoded LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Trading Decoded ("Trading Decoded", "we", "us"), governing your download and use of the Option Sniper desktop application ("Option Sniper" or the "Software").
By checking the acceptance box and downloading Option Sniper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.
These Terms supplement, and do not replace, our Terms of Service, Risk Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. Where this document conflicts with those on a matter specific to Option Sniper, this document controls.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must hold an active Trading Decoded membership for the entire period you use Option Sniper. You must have your own brokerage account, approved by your broker for options trading, that you own and control.
Subject to these Terms and your active membership, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use Option Sniper on computers you own or control, for your own personal trading only.
The Software is licensed, not sold. We reserve every right not expressly granted here.
You may not:
Breach of this section may result in immediate termination under section 14.
Option Sniper is an order-execution and risk-management tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing it displays is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Neither Trading Decoded LLC nor Jimmy DeMar is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or with any state securities regulator as an investment adviser, or registered as a broker-dealer or as an associated person of a broker-dealer.
No advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship of any kind is created by your use of the Software. Any prices, indicators, calculations, levels, or default settings shown are informational only. You select your own trades, your own settings, and your own risk parameters. Every trading decision you make is yours alone.
Option Sniper is built for same-day-expiration ("0DTE") options scalping. This is among the highest-risk activities available in a retail brokerage account.
You understand and accept that:
Past performance, whether your own, ours, or anyone else's, does not indicate future results.
You should read the standardized options risk disclosure document your broker provides before trading options.
Option Sniper runs on your computer and connects directly to your brokerage using API credentials you create and supply.
Your trading data stays on your computer. Option Sniper connects to exactly two kinds of destination: your broker, and our licence server.
To your broker, using the API credentials you supplied: your own orders, in your own account.
To Trading Decoded, when the app starts and periodically while it runs: a membership token identifying your account, and the app's version number. Nothing else is transmitted by the Software. As with any connection to a website, our server receives the IP address the request came from, and we record when your app last checked in so we can support you and see which versions are in use.
Stored only on your computer: your broker API credentials, your trade history, your orders, your profit and loss, and your settings. These are held in a local database on your machine and are not transmitted to us. Option Sniper contains no analytics or crash-reporting service and writes no log files.
If a future version adds any feature that would send trading data to us, it will be optional and off unless you turn it on, and we will say so plainly before you use it.
Your credentials are your responsibility. Keep your brokerage API credentials secure and revoke them at your broker immediately if you believe they have been exposed. Storing credentials on your own computer does not make them invulnerable — malware, another user of the same computer, remote-access software, or a compromised machine can reach data stored locally. We do not guarantee the security of your computer. Never give brokerage passwords or API credentials to anyone claiming to be Trading Decoded support; we will never ask for them.
Option Sniper — including its software, source code, interface, design, documentation, branding, presets, and updates — is owned by Trading Decoded LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
If you send us bug reports, suggestions, or other feedback, we may use it without restriction and without owing you payment, credit, or confidentiality. Feedback gives you no ownership in any resulting feature, and we are under no obligation to act on it.
Option Sniper is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and regardless of the legal theory asserted — contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation, statute, or any other — Trading Decoded is not liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected to Option Sniper. This expressly includes, without limitation:
We are also not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.
Maximum aggregate liability. Our total liability for all claims relating to Option Sniper, taken together, will not exceed the greater of (a) the Trading Decoded membership fees you actually paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Option Sniper is included with membership and carries no separate fee; this cap is expressed in membership fees for that reason.
This allocation of risk is a fundamental part of this agreement and a condition of providing the Software at no additional charge. It applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trading Decoded LLC and its owners, officers, and personnel from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from:
We will notify you of any claim we seek indemnity for and let you participate in its defence.
Option Sniper is beta software under active development. It may contain defects. Because it is unfinished, do not put more at risk than you would be willing to lose to a software defect. Use paper mode, where available, to become familiar with the Software before trading live. We do not represent that the beta is suitable for live trading; choosing to trade live during the beta is your decision and your risk.
Features and interfaces may change or be removed between releases without notice, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if your membership ends, if you breach these Terms, if we have a security concern, if we detect credential sharing or misuse, if a broker or API change makes continued operation unsafe, or if we discontinue the beta.
On termination, your licence ends. You must stop using Option Sniper and delete all copies. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
We may revise these Terms as the Software develops. When we do, the version number changes and you will be asked to review and accept the revised version before your next download. Material changes affecting members already running an installed build will be presented in the application for acceptance.
Please report bugs and unexpected behaviour — that feedback helps us identify and address defects before broader release.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Trading Decoded Terms of Service, Risk Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about Option Sniper and replace any prior understanding on the subject.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.
No waiver. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms create no rights for anyone other than you and us.
Relationship. These Terms create no partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
Notices. We may give notice through the Software, the website, or the email on your account.
Interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation". Headings are for convenience only.
Third-party services; no affiliation. Option Sniper connects to third-party brokers and data providers whose services are governed by their own agreements, which you are responsible for following. Trading Decoded is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Charles Schwab, thinkorswim, Webull, the Options Clearing Corporation, Nasdaq, OPRA, or any exchange or market-data provider. Their names are used only to identify compatibility.
Export and location. You may not use the Software where doing so would violate applicable export-control or sanctions law.
